This page explains the application’s session cookie, optional interface preferences and external video player.
Essential session cookie
A short-lived session cookie can be used for security and application continuity. It is marked HTTP-only and uses the SameSite setting to reduce cross-site request risks.
Comparison preferences
The device comparison list and catalogue display preference are stored locally in the browser. They are not required to browse specifications or manuals and can be removed through the browser’s site-data settings.
Analytics and advertising
The rebuilt foundation does not include a third-party analytics or advertising script by default. If such services are enabled later, this information and any consent controls must be updated before deployment.
Optional YouTube player
The application does not load the embedded YouTube player until you select “Load YouTube video”. The player uses youtube-nocookie.com and is governed by Google’s privacy terms. Privacy-enhanced mode does not guarantee that no browser data is processed or that no ads appear inside the player. Each video must be loaded separately; the application does not save a general permission for all videos.

How to clear stored information
Use the browser’s privacy or site-data settings to remove cookies and local storage for this domain. Clearing them resets the saved comparison list and interface preferences.
